Day 1 (Thu): Arrive Delhi

Your North & Central India Tour will start with your arrival at Delhi International airport and proceed for the immigration. After clearing your immigration & customs proceed to the exit gate, here you will meet the Travel Passion Inc. representative, holding a placard displaying the group name. Please look for him. The representative will escort you to the Hotel. Buffet Breakfast at the hotel. At 10 AM, you will be picked up from the hotel for an interesting tour of Old Delhi. Your first stop is Mahatma Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat; Visit marble domes and slender minarets of the Jama Masjid. Your sightseeing tour of New Delhi this afternoon includes a drive along Rajpath to photograph the Parliament HousePresident’s Palace and India Gate, a memorial to India’s soldiers. Continue to the Qutab Minar and also visit the Humayun’s tomb, a forerunner to Taj Mahal. This evening, you will have Welcome dinner at any nice Indian restaurant.

Day 2 (Fri): New Delhi / Haridwar by Train Shatabdi Express – 0650 AM / 1125 AM Early Bird Breakfast at the hotel. At 6 AM, you will be picked up from the hotel and transfer to the New Delhi railway station to board the Shatabdi Express to Haridwar. On arrival at Haridwar railway station, the group will be met by the representative and drive to Rishikesh. En route visit the main temples of Haridwar and the Har-ki-Pauri, this sacred bathing ghat is also known as Brahmakund. Later, check in to the Hotel, Rishikesh. Buffet dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 (Sat): Rishikesh – Haridwar  / Varanasi by Overnight Train DDN BSB Express, departing at 2030 hours

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast (around 9:30 AM), visit the main temples & ashrams of Rishikesh and the ghats. Around 6:40 PM, the group will be transferred to the Haridwar railway station to board the overnight train to Varanasi. Overnight on board (will arrange the packed dinner from the hotel).

Day 4 (Sun): Arrive Varanasi railway station at 1535 hours

On arrival at Varanasi railway station, the group will be met by the representative and transferred to the Hotel. Evening, enjoy a Rickshaw ride to see the temples lit up and experience Aarti ceremony on the ghats. Buffet dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 (Mon): Varanasi to Khajuraho by Overnight Train BSB KURJ Link Express, departing at 1710 hours

At sunrise (around 5:30 AM), enjoy a boat ride on River Ganges. Return to hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you will do the tour of Varanasi temples and the tour of Sarnath. Late afternoon, the group will be transferred to the Varanasi railway station to board the overnight train to Khajuraho. Overnight on board (will arrange the packed dinner from the hotel).

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

Day 6 (Tue): Arrive Khajuraho railway station at 0515 hours

On arrival at Khajuraho railway station, the group will be met by the representative and transferred to the Hotel. Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, the hotel will allow the rooms to the group (will try our best to get the rooms as early as possible, depending on hotel occupancy). Later, enjoy an interesting tour of Eastern & Western group of temples. Buffet dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 7 (Wed) : Khajuraho – Jhansi (By Road – Approx 3 & ½ hrs) / Jhansi – Agra by Train Shatabdi Express – 1755 hrs / 2025 hrs

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, the group will be driven to Jhansi. En route, enjoy a sightseeing tour of Orchha. At 4:30 PM, the group will be transferred to the Jhansi railway station to board the Shatabdi Express to Agra. On arrival at the Agra Cantt railway station, the group will be met by the representative and transferred to the Hotel. Buffet dinner & overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 (Thu): Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur by road (approx 6 hrs drive)

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, you will visit the Agra Fort, reminiscent of the glorious and sorrowful Mughal reign. At sunset, visit one of the Wonders of the World, the famous Taj Mahal (closed on Fridays), poetry in marble and a symbol of eternal love. Later, the group will be driven to the Ghost Capital of the Mughal Emperor Akbar, one of the finest examples of Mughal architecture in India – Fatehpur Sikri, built entirely of red sandstone and now declared as a World Heritage Monument. Arrive and check in to the Hotel. Buffet dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9 (Fri): Jaipur

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, visit the fairy tale like Amber Fort, as you ascend the hill like a Maharaja on the back of an Elephant. The Fort is a superb example of Rajput architecture, stunningly situated on a hillside overlooking a lake. Afternoon half day city tour of Jaipur includes visits to the City Palace of the Jaipur Maharaja, the honeycomb designed Hawa Mahal also known as the “Palace of Wind” from where the royal ladies, who lived in seclusion, observed life on the outside yet remained hidden inside. Also, visit the amazingly accurate Jantar Mantar stone observatory. Buffet dinner & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10 (Sat): Jaipur – Delhi by road (approx 5 hrs drive)

Buffet breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, the group will be driven to Delhi. Arrive and check in to the Hotel. This evening, enjoy a Farewell Dinner at any nice Indian restaurant. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11 (Sun) : Delhi Departure

Early morning, the group will be transferred to the International airport to board your flight for onward destination. End of our services….
